At chaidaramon we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it to. You will be provided with expected delivery dates for your order in checkout.
Delivery takes 3-6 days excluding Sundays. Below is a guideline to the lead times for delivery.

Orders Placed have approximate Delivery times between 8am-6pm
- Before 3pm Monday to Friday - May take 3-6 days
- After 3pm Monday to Thursday - May take 3-6 days
- After 3pm on Friday to Sunday - May take 3-6 days
Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the expected delivery dates provided in checkout. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take up to 2 days longer than usual.
FREE DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on orders to any address in the UK (excluding addresses in Ireland, Eire or the Channel Islands). Standard delivery orders will not need to be signed for.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT AT OUR STORE IN GREENWICH, LONDON, UK
We offer free click & collect to customers within the UK (excludes in Scotland, Ireland, Eire or the Channel Islands). Delivery times vary depending on the option you select. You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for store, when you select your delivery option in checkout. In general, your order will be ready for collection between 4 and 8 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed and again when your order has been despatched ready for collection.
For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If you have ordered a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days.

ENGRAVED AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take between 3 to 8 working days to be despatched dependant on your chosen delivery method. In most cases it won’t take this long but please do add an extra 8 working days to the expected delivery lead times shown above to avoid disappointment.
For Personalised orders, it can take between 14 to 17 working days to be despatched.
For Personalised Gift items the lead time is quoted per product. The delivery date will depend on the delivery method chosen but the expected delivery date will be stated in the basket.
