2. Affiliate Application
2.1. All affiliate applications are subject to approval by Chaidaramon.com.
2.2. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion without providing a reason.
3. Affiliate Links
3.1. Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote Chaidaramon products.
3.2. You may use banners, text links, or other promotional materials provided by Chaidaramon.com to share your affiliate link.
4. Commissions
4.1. Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
4.2. Commissions will not be earned on:
Personal purchases by the affiliate.
Canceled or refunded orders.
4.3. Payments will be made monthly .
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from:
Using spam to promote affiliate links.
Misrepresenting Chaidaramon.com or its products.
Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives.
5.2. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Affiliates may only use promotional materials provided by Chaidaramon.com or pre-approved by us.
6.2. Unauthorized use of the Chaidaramon logo, trademarks, or copyrighted materials is prohibited.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
7.2. Upon termination, affiliates must remove all promotional materials and cease use of affiliate links immediately.
8. Liability
8.1. Chaidaramon.com is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the affiliate program.
8.2. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Amendments
9.1. Chaidaramon.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
